Poor performance in achieving household collective resilience through health and wellbeing and for societal resilience is well noted. Less understood was how to create conditions that can produce these goals. Not anymore. The Global Structure Network Group with the launch of the Rolls Royce of SUCCESS undergirded by over two decades of Performance and the work done to date has begun the process of answering that question. The bets came off, the globally connected economies are helping with the rollout and it is a success that is causing wonder (and more than a little envy) worldwide. This shows that when the sector economy SUCCESS is wrapped into Multisectoral Partnerships, far more things are possible. This is why we choose to by a Hybrid Organisation and to focus on strategic partnerships across the sectors, shared responsibility for a positive outcome and to stem the every year rituals that produces no positive social outcome.

This is not a story about money: it is about the power of belonging and what is possible when so many talks of household power and purpose as a lost cause; then came the unveiling of over Two Decades of Performance and the world woke to the fact the Freedom and Personal Health and Wellbeing Prosperity is not a lost cause but an un-won cause Globally. Before the pandemic, the United Nations had set a goal of ending hunger by 2030. To reach that objective was never going to be easy: conflict, climate change, and economic downturns all threw obstacles in the path of progress. The pandemic has made the goal more elusive by creating an economic crisis, increasing food prices, and disrupting supply chains exacerbating Food Insecurity across the world. We are of course distressed at the high price being paid by victims of the virus, in terms of their physical and mental health and the future of their livelihoods. But we must still try to assess how the pandemic is producing lasting changes in our way of life and for beginning to change the way society sees Freedom and Personal Health and Wellbeing Prosperity, and that is as an investment and not a cost. The ramifications of this problem extend beyond the immediate risks of malnutrition and obesity. Food insecurity adversely affects physical and mental health and can lead to childhood behavioural problems, poor educational attainment, and developmental issues. Therefore, the sector economy and the Global Structure Network Group must continue the Global push for Freedom and Personal Health and Wellbeing to remain as a Global Priority.

This means the Global Structure Network Group working with its partners and the Global Communities to leverage its Rolls Royce of SUCCESS with its over two decades of performance, positioning the Global Sector Economy to continue to lead the Global recovery today but more so to implement its value in every corner of the world for the generations to come. Further, to emphasise our refusal to accept insecurities as a new paradigm for households but more so households in developed countries. Since the pandemic’s onset, global hunger has reached its highest level in decades. The COVID-19 crisis is now widely seen as the greatest economic calamity since the Great Depression. Inequities at the heart of our food and health systems are driving malnutrition

A focus on inequity in nutrition is particularly important as new forms of malnutrition (such as obesity) combine with old (such as undernutrition or micronutrient deficiencies) in many places and form the basis of vulnerability to illness, disease, further forms of poverty. But, in a vicious cycle, those who are likely to be malnourished are those who are the most marginalised and vulnerable in the first place. This is especially pertinent as we face the Covid-19 crisis, which seems to be hitting the poorest and those with obesity and related NCDs hardest and in some countries, including the UK, these inequalities appear to be divided along lines of ethnicity, suggesting broader inequities at play.

In framing nutrition equity we follow the Commission on the Social Determinants of Health: Inequity highlights preventable disease as unfair, and differences in nutrition outcomes as the result of poor political and policy choices that could have been avoided through reasonable action.

Precision Medicine and Men’s Health

Precision medicine can greatly benefit men’s health by helping to prevent, diagnose, and treat prostate cancer, benign prostatic hyperplasia, infertility, hypogonadism, and erectile dysfunction. Dietary Patterns and Their Relationship With Semen Quality

The current study demonstrates that human nutrition affects semen quality and the level of reproductive hormones. Men who consume fish, chicken, fruits, cruciferous vegetables, tomatoes, leafy green vegetables, legumes, and whole grains had a lower DFI and higher sperm concentration and testosterone level. These findings also represent important information on the relationship between unhealthy diets and decline of semen quality in industrialized countries.

Health Starts at Home: The Crisis of Rising Evictions During a Pandemic

Evictions could affect community safety as well: While public health authorities emphasize the need to practice social distancing, evictions instead result in families having to crowd into homeless shelters, move in with other families, and take up unsafe jobs to make rent. In these situations, it is far harder to socially distance, putting more people at risk, and exacerbating infection rates. Epidemiologists have modeled the impact of continued evictions, finding that in some cases, even a two percent eviction rate could increase the cumulative COVID-19 prevalence by fifty percent or more.
